Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich möchte Ihnen heute eine Bewertung für mein neues E-Bike (Modell: Himiway BK15 Plus) zukommen lassen.Insgesamt bin ich sehr positiv von der enormen Kraft überrascht, die dieses Fahrrad besitzt. Es erfüllt meine Erwartungen und Anforderungen im Alltag voll und ganz. Ich nutze das E-Bike nun schon seit einiger Zeit sehr intensiv. Besonders begeistert bin ich von der Akkuleistung: Der Akku hält bei rein elektrischer Fahrt volle zwei Wochen durch, was für mich absolut ausreicht und mich sehr zufriedenstellt.Um vollkommen objektiv zu bleiben, möchte ich jedoch auch ein kleines Problem erwähnen. Das Bedienelement am Lenker, mit dem man die Motorstufen umschaltet, war anfangs leider defekt. Dadurch konnte ich das Fahrrad zunächst nicht uneingeschränkt nutzen. Dank der Smart-Funktionen und der Verbindung mit meinem Smartphone konnte ich das Rad zwar steuern, aber die Bedienung über das Element am Lenker ist deutlich sicherer. Man erreicht es mit nur einem Finger und muss die Unterstützung manchmal schnell herunterstufen, da das E-Bike wirklich extrem kraftvoll ist.Nach einigem E-Mail-Verkehr wurde das defekte Teil schließlich im Rahmen der Garantie ausgetauscht. Der einzige Minuspunkt dabei war, dass die Lieferung einige Wochen gedauert hat. Dafür bringe ich jedoch Verständnis auf. Der Austausch des neuen Teils war übrigens extrem einfach und man braucht dafür keine besonderen Fachkenntnisse. Nach dem Wechsel kann ich das Fahrrad nun zu 100 Prozent nutzen und bin absolut zufrieden.Fazit: Trotz der anfänglichen Verzögerung gebe ich dem Produkt die höchste Bewertung, da ich mit dem Fahrrad an sich mehr als zufrieden bin. Der Preis ist absolut fair und das E-Bike hält definitiv, was es in dieser Preisklasse verspricht.Mit freundlichen Grüßen,

Habe mir das BK16 gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden und bin begeistert. Reichweite wie beschrieben und auch der Komfort beim fahren ist top. Egal ob über Feldwege oder in der Stadt. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

unmittelbar nach Erhalt des Produkts stellten wir fest, dass der Hinterreifen einen Platten aufwies. Der Kundenservice hat sich diesbezüglich gemeldet, sich entschuldigt und einen Ersatzschlauch versandt. Die Lieferzeit bleibt abzuwarten. Zwischenzeitlich haben wir eigenständig einen neuen Schlauch erworben, die Reparatur durchgeführt und konnten mit der ersten Akkuladung bereits über 80 km zurücklegen. Das Fahrrad ist qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet und funktioniert einwandfrei.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Hitway einkaufen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet ist und wir keinen Anlass sehen, deutlich höhere Beträge für vergleichbare Produkte auszugeben. Bezüglich des Services hatten wir noch drei Fragen zum Zubehör, auf deren Beantwortung wir noch warten. Eine Beschleunigung der Bearbeitungszeiten wäre hier wünschenswert..
Also so viel Qualität unf Liebe zum Detail hätte ich bei dem Preis ehrlicherweise nicht erwartet. Um so angenehm überraschter war ich beim Auspacken (perfekt verpackt und nützliches beigelegt), Probefahren (fährt einfach cool und auch ohne Akku) und beim Durchblättern des beigefügten Handbuchs (tatsächlich noch in gedruckter Form und nicht bloß Verweis auf die Homepage o.Ä.). Von einer Blitz-Lieferung ganz zu schweigen. Bin wirklich begeistert. DANKE :)
The bike is great love it no effort in riding the bike I have only got one little gripe the suspension seat post same as last bike not very bouncy as you sit on it goes down straight away that's the only gripe but other wise love it

All i can say is my hitway bk28 is the best bike I have rode she is my little donkey a real work hourse you can get at least 40 miles on a charge more if you do some work my only complaint is I have no headline for my bike yet I look forward to going to work on it please be quick with my headlight brackets you have rely made aa fantastic bike thanks again
After not cycling for a good number of years, I was a bit anxious as I took the saddle, but I quickly picked up, and felt safe and at ease with this very well made bike. Many thanks Grant
I ordered two identical BK6SL1 folding bikes, one red and the other black. I expected them to be identical apart from the colour. One had folding pedals, the other did not. Hitway credited me the cost of me purchasing folding pedals to match the other bike. One arrived with a damaged saddle - Hitway sent me a new saddle free of charge. One has the brakes connected in the Europe/USA style (R/L) whereas the other has them correctly connected for the UK (L/R). I shall have to ride very carefully. One of the bikes has a steering circle lock on it to stop the handlebars turning right round which is dangerous. The other bike does not. In use, one bike is whisper quiet on the road, the other has sounds of clicking all the time which I guess I will have to live with.
Ein tolles Rad, die Lieferung lief unproblematisch und schnell. Der Zusammenbau klappte anhand des Handbuchs und einer Videoanleitung auf Youtube recht unkompliziert. Nach der ersten Fahrt habe ich gemerkt, dass man damit das Fahrradfahren quasi neu lernen muss, aber das empfindet jeder anders.
Es wurde behauptet die Verbindung mit Bluetooth wäre nicht möglich, das stimmt nicht. Im Menü des Displays so oft auf M drücken bis der Punkt Bluetooth erscheint. Im Display steht dann "unpair". Wenn man nun die App mit eingeschaltetem Bluetooth startet, kann man das Fahrrad verbinden.

These bikes are great well made and easy to up grade if you want too, support appears to be good also they have always got back to me pretty quickly, love the bike I bought 2
Looks to be well made, using good components, frame welds are very clean, electrical components look to be good quality, and it rides really well, with a motor with good torque.
You only need to ghost pedal, and the motor does the hard work, which is good as only being one speed, to get above 15.5mph would have your legs spinning wildly .
A bonus is that it comes with a pump, a combination tool, and a cable lock.
A great value compact folding bike.

I purchased this as we are going to Center Parcs to get around the park as hiring them seemed very expensive. It was delivered with in 3 days of ordering. At a great price. Packed magnificently and very easy to assemble. On trying it out locally before our break, we were very surprised how easy it is. Therefore, we have now purchased a second one for my husband. We only have a small car, but both bikes went folded will fit in the boot. Only thing we have a small problem with there is nothing wrong with the bike but trying to locate a storage bag to keep it in seems virtually impossible with the depth measurement but will keep looking & nothing on Hitway accessories. Thankyou to the Hitway team we are very pleased & would highly recommend you.
Zusammenbau teilweise sehr kompliziert...aber dennoch ein gutes bike .
The bike arrived very quickly, boxed and very well packaged. Putting it together was very easy with the tools supplied although I used my own tools. All the equipment supplied in the box is OK but I will buy better lock and pump. The bike is very easy and comfortable to ride, I haven't been on a very long ride yet but I'm very pleased with the performance of this bike for commuting and general use. The delivery service was excellent and as of yet I am very pleased with my purchase.
I looked for a powerful bike to pull the dodgy trailer on trips to nature for me to enjoy with my dog. the BL15 Plus has a good enough battery to make it from camping to nature places. I have made a small trip and it was a very joyful ride. If I had to mention some improvements it be the seat I immediately had to buy a better one. Other then that no complaints it’s a sweet ride and feels safe and solid.
So happy with this purchase, amazing value and delivers on all counts. So easy to fold and put on boot of car . Ideal for in town travel or coastal beach frount as ive discovered really nippy speed also

I live in an area miles away from the shops and the roads are very very steep.
The last ebike I bought got me to the shops and back on a full battery, just.
This one, the bk28 gets me to the shops and back 5 times, 5 times. I am well and truly impressed. I've done 50 miles today and still got 2 bars left. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to the more expensive ebikes that give you the range. This one , the bk28 does it all.
