The bike is fine, but the battery leaves a lot to be desired, weak, it lasts me as described
Bike is great. Power kicks in as soon as start pedaling which is great. Even up the hill,with the right gears it just feels like you're going straight.
One thing tho,I keep it on assist 4 and can't seem to get more than 50-60 miles out of it. Don't get me wrong ,it's good. But could've been better

Sehr stabiler Fahrradkorb, der optisch zum Rad paßt. Die Haltelaschen zum Befestigen des Korbs sind jedoch sehr dünn und biegen sich beim Anziehen der Befestigungsmuttern durch. Eine stabilere Befestigungslösung wäre wünschenswert.
Learned of this bike via Bacon Butties YouTube channel. I was impressed and after watching more reviews I purchased a BK28. Ordering and payment was straightforward and good communication updates regarding delivery which was on time and by a helpful team who put the bike in the garage for me. Assembly was quite easy using the supplied tool set, although a larger, detailed diagram for the front axle would have been appreciated and locating the saddle screw is fiddly. The brackets for the headlight were on the wrong side of the forks but were easily swapped over. After charging and fitting the battery everything powered up as expected then having properly inflated the tyres it was time for a test ride. Having watched various reviews I had a familiarity with the controls and was immediately impressed with the performance, controllability and comfort. Brakes quickly bedded in and are excellent. It also looks fantastic and for a heavy bike I found I quickly got used to the handling and soon forgot the additional weight compared to my previous bike. I particularly like the front and rear lighting plus brake light and the adjustable suspension. The storage box is a real boon for tools and locks. I have now tried it on roads of variable quality, forest trails and canal towpaths including some steep climbs and am more than impressed, in fact I think the bike could handle more than I could! It would be marvellous if a device for adjusting the saddle height could designed as this would make it a five star machine.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Rad .Ich war schon lange auf der suche für ein Rad zur Arbeit und brauchte eins das nicht so schwer ist ,weil ich es ein Paar Stuffen tragen muss.
Delivered in 4 days. Easy to assemble. Rides nicely. Very impressed. Good battery range and nice looking too
All in all the bike is amazing, easy construction and it works well for what i need it fo. It is 100% uk road legal.
The only reason that i am giving 4 star and not five is because the rear mud guard isn't secured properly. It has connection points at the battery part of the frame and one next to the gear and moter but none to support it at the top of the wheel which has caused it to rattle around alot and break the mud guard around the top retention screw. But all in all still a good purchase
Took a while to build and put together but been using it just over a week and its amazing would recommend it 100% I really like the folding aspect of the bike so I can save on space.
Schönes und kraftvolles Rad. Berge sind kein Hindernis mehr. Klappmechanismus ist stabil. Das Rad ist hochwertig und hat viel Reichweite. Die Dokumentation über alle möglichen verstellbaren Einstellwerte fehlt und wird auch nicht geliefert. Deshalb 2 Punkte Abzug, sonst wären 5 Punkte drin gewesen

Très bonne trottinette très fiable pour l’instant dommage qu’il faut partir à la poussette et non directement avec la gâchette d’accélérateur une option dans le menu pour le désactiver aurait été bien
The bike was shipped after a week, the driver called me upfront. The bike is shipped folded so the box isn't to big to handle. The bike itself sits very very protected and came as good as assembled (my first one year ago wasn't) so that's a great evolution. I did had to adjust the disc brakes though. From factory they didn't run free. That's a sloppy finish imo. But otherwise great bike!

Ik heb eerst de fiets goed uitgeprobeerd, het is een geweldige fiets maar ik mis wel knipperlichten aan de achterkant. Ik had hem gekocht voor boodschappen te doen maar hij is heel diefstal gevoelig. En die NFC kaart is erg handig, maar ik dacht dat het sleutel hangers waren. Maar de fiets is een echte aanrader.
