Ich bin damit jetzt schon oft gefahren ob auf arbeit oder privat, es ist echt ein tolles Fahr gefühl . Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen da das Preisleistungs Verhältnis gut ist jedoch fehlt mir eine Sache die das abstellen des bikes schwierig macht. Mir fehlt Auf jeden Fall ein Zündschloss da es jeder ohne Probleme anschalten kann.
Bin in einem Monat 1300 km gefahren, sehr zufrieden für den Preis, würde wieder kaufen
I haven't actually had a chance to take the HT500 out for a proper ride yet, as I'm currently going through the paperwork to get it fully road legal. However, right out of the box, I am very impressed with the overall build quality. It feels incredibly solid and well-put-together. I'm already looking to hoard a stockpile of spare parts for it so I can confidently take it out on the green lanes once the registration is sorted. Really looking forward to putting it to the test!
I chose the BK-T2 Longtail Electric Cargo Bike as it’s not only uk road legal but I can carry my daughter on the back and she absolutely loves it. She is 12 years old but a petite 12 but I’ve even taken my son, who is 15 on the back and he said it’s great fun. It feels really good quality and was fairly straightforward putting together but did take about 3-4 hours. We only used the instruction booklet and the images are a bit small and wasn’t easy to figure out which screws you needed for which part but we got there in the end. Some of the holes had been drilled with the screws so you don’t want to fit and remove them too many times. I’ve only used the bike for short journeys so far but I probably won’t got much further than 5 miles. The seat is comfortable and the kids seats seem to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this product for its price and quality as it’s so versatile. I’ve not taken it off road but I think it would cope or rough ground.

Der Scooter ist einmalig,das einzige was bei dem H11 leider nicht gut gemacht ist,das ist die Ersatzteile Versorgung,seit Monaten fast alles ausverkauft,da muss Hitway noch dran arbeiten,sonst verlieren sie die Kunden in Deutschland.Der Scooter ist für mich, der beste auf dem deutschen Markt,bis auf die Ersatzteilversorgung,bitte dran arbeiten
Product looks amazing but the parts are kinda weak. Anyway love it❤️
I have the bike for one week now. It was easy to assemble it, and I did it using only the tools they provided. It even comes with a pump for the tires. The battery is lasting surprisingly well. Some parts feels a little fragile, such as the plastic used to attach the speed controller to the steering wheel. Besides that, everything is working super well!
First electric bike I have purchased and am really impressed with the BK-U1. Solid build and so easy to use. We live near a 14% gradient hill and the bike goes up this with not too much effort which I thought was impressive. Very pleased with this bike as UK road legal too. Has all the extras you need such as front and rear lights, back pannier tray and a bell. The only down side was the bike padlock does not work after setting your own code and locking it, not on the bike thankfully. Contacted Hitway and they promptly offered an apology and choice of a replacement lock or a refund. Took the refund and bought one with a key from Amazon. All good so far.
I'm really happy with my HITWAY HT500! It offers great value for money.
What impresses me most is the acceleration. The bike has plenty of power and accelerates really well, even when coming out of corners. It's especially fun to ride in the city and on winding roads.
One thing I particularly love is its versatility. Thanks to its enduro-style design, it's not just suitable for regular roads but also for forest trails and dirt tracks where riding is permitted. This makes the HT500 much more appealing to me than a traditional scooter. The strong acceleration also provides a completely different riding experience.
I also really like the sporty design, especially the distinctive front mask and the excellent lighting.
Another advantage is the low electricity consumption, making the bike very economical for everyday use.
You can definitely feel that the motor has even more potential. However, the top speed is limited to 45 km/h. While I personally find that a little unfortunate, I completely understand the reason. After all, the HT500 is designed as a road-legal moped that can be used with an insurance license plate.
I'm also very satisfied with the customer service. My questions were always answered quickly and in a friendly manner.
Overall, it's a fantastic electric bike that's fun to ride, versatile, and definitely worth recommending!
The Range and quality are very good. The folding is very easy. I drive it every day to work. It’s really fun to ride. Top E-bike!
I have set my bike to be ready and on the first ride first turn the bike took the turn the saddle didn’t- I have faced still forward. The issue was the seat post and the saddle connector pin is so weak it broke immediately. A complete replacement was necessary. This time a fix seatpost. Otherwise I’m happy with the bike.
Die HT 500 ist echt gut aber die Gabel vorne ist ein wenig unstabil
Wer das Geld ausgibt wird bei der Hitway HT 500 auf seine Kosten kommen. Das Bike hat unheimlich viel Punch und zug ich kann es nur empfehelen. Der Support ist auch toll helfen einem immer weiter bei Problemen und Fragen.
Hallo, vielen Dank für die schnelle Zusendung des Hitway H11. Ich habe viele Videos im Vorfeld gesehen, habe meine Zweifel gehabt, dass dieser an jedem Hügel und Berg ohne Probleme hoch fährt, Fazit, einfach der Hammer, dieser Scooter zieht jeden Berg hoch. Im Gelände, sprich Forstwege und Wald, auch da zieht er jeden Berg selbst auf losem Untergrund hoch. Einfach unfassbar begeistert bin ich.
Ich habe nun genug geschrieben, ich will diesen Scooter nicht mehr missen!
Das Ding ist der Wahnsinn. Sowas geiles vorher noch nie gefahren.
I ordered my HT500 back in august, after waiting nearly two months i paused my payment through klarna until i heard something about the delivery. The hitway team was very fast to see that klarna had paused the payments and offered me their electric pump as a token for gratitude.
I never got that pump AND they cancelled my order instead. I got my money back the next day because it was through klarna. And decided to re order the HT500, two weeks later, it finally arrived in the metal cage they send it in. So far quality product with a little more performance than i had hoped for!
My only concerns are these:
1, there are no direction indicators so if you want that safety feature youll have to add your own which is unfortunate.
2. The battery is not lockable, so if you leave it outside to hop in a store or something someone could potentially steal the battery.
3 the headlight, its powerful for sure, but it is a very narrow spotlight and not very ideal for lighting up the road in front of you so you see where youre riding.
4, no key switch to turn the bike on or off.
5, havent received the electric pump they promised in an email
Even after these 5 things i still think its an amazing product for the price, and it being a AM/B license bike unlike the surrons and telarias and whatnot. It gives teens and young adults a quite stylish alternative to the usual moped you see on the streets. Im planning to do food delivery with this bike after i get my license plate sorted out.

Es ist mein erster E-Scooter, daher kann ich ihn nicht mit anderen Modellen vergleichen.
Vorteile: Er fährt großartig und kommt selbst Steigungen mühelos hinauf. Die Reichweite ist super: Ich wiege 80 kg, und nach 61 km zeigte der Akku noch 53 % an. Er ist stabil und leicht zu fahren. Als Anfänger reicht mir die Beschleunigungsstufe 1 völlig aus; Stufe 5 habe ich mich noch gar nicht zu testen getraut.
Der bisher einzige Nachteil, weshalb ich auch einen Stern abgezogen habe, ist der unzuverlässige Haken, mit dem der Lenker im zusammengeklappten Zustand befestigt wird. Bei mir hat er sich beim Tragen schon zweimal gelöst, was bei einem 35 kg schweren E-Scooter nicht gerade ideal ist.
Es wäre noch schön, wenn es Zubehör dafür gäbe. Was ich mir wünsche: Ein nachrüstbarer hinterer Blinker, den man selbst montieren kann, und ein Heckgepäckträger mit Klickfix-Option wären super.
US ng for 3 years now, also purchased it during a sale. Ride it regularly for around 26 kms daily for commuting to work, have never had had a problem. Of course, you should take care to keep it clean and change the brake pads when they wear out, but the battery and the motor have never disappointed.
I am 70 years old and disabled , i was a bit worried how I would get on riding my bike- I found the pebbles a bit small so I put wider peddles on this was a lot better for me.

Das ist nun der dritte Roller, die nicht mehr zulegte, der angeblich 150 Kilo plus an Belastung anbietet. Doch ich muss euch sagen mein Körpergewicht liegt bei über 175 Kilo. Und trotzdem schafft es der Roller bei uns im Ort im Dual Modus den schnellsten Berg mit 21 KMH hoch mit meinem Gewicht. Bin einfach nur begeistert und der Roller ist für jeden zu empfehlen der 150 Kilo oder mehr hat Ladezeit ist sehr sehr angenehm. Aufbau ist unkompliziert würde jederzeit wieder einkaufen habe nur die Stoßdämpfer etwas härter gestellt und schon ist auch genügend Federung vorhanden mit meinem Gewicht kein klappern kein quietschen oder sonst was Verarbeitung ist 1A Handhabung und Bedienung ist tipptopp. Der Roller schafft auch mit meinem sehr hohen Gewicht im Singel Modus circa 80 km und im Dual Modus 70 km also auch für schwere dicke und große Menschen zu empfehlen.
