I have had this amazing bike for over 2 weeks now and I am absolutely delighted with its performance. It’s looks outstanding, many people stop me in the street to admire its quality. One can reach great distances, in fact even cycling 12 miles plus in 3rd gear doesn’t even lose a bar on the display screen. This is a must buy for anyone wanting a seriously long distance bike journey. It’s smooth and very comfortable to ride. Excellent breaks and suspension. This bike is a game changer, I urge anyone to purchase it. Thank you Hitway for manufacturing this beautiful bike.

Bonjours j’ai une erreur 07 qui s’affiche des fois quand je rouler C impossible d’avoir de réponse du service technique….
Le code d'erreur E07 indique une défaillance du moteur.
Veuillez vérifier si le fil de hall du moteur est cassé ou non, et si la prise est branchée correctement.
Soulevez la roue arrière du vélo et appuyez longuement sur le bouton « - » pour vous assurer que le moteur peut démarrer, si le moteur peut démarrer et qu'il n'y a pas de bruit, vous devez alors remplacer le contrôleur.
Si le moteur ne démarre pas lorsque vous appuyez longuement sur le bouton « - » et que vous débranchez à nouveau le câble du moteur, et que l'écran affiche toujours E07, ou si le moteur démarre mais qu'il y a un bruit, vous devez alors remplacer le moteur.

Soweit gut aber im Handbuch steht nicht wie ich die Systemsteinstellungen ändern kann, ich würde gerne wissen wie ich die Akkus im Steuermenü ein bzw ausschalten kann wenn ich z.B nur einen Akku nutzen möchte unterwegs.
Generell wäre es schön eine Beschreibung für die Menüführung zu bekommen.

I've recently bought one an absolutely love it the only negative thing I would say is that its very hard to pedal when the battery is on one bar beside that I've been recommending the bk17 to everyone
