Return and exchange conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will process your return or exchange request. Requests after 30 days will not be considered. Please contact us first by email at contact@hitway.eu .

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • When returning or exchanging an item, customers must use a shipping method with tracking.
  • Items returned without prior request will not be accepted. HITWAY will not cover return shipping costs if the customer arranges shipping themselves.
  • If you refuse the package upon delivery, we will deduct the actual shipping costs from the refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items on offer are non-returnable.
  • Any damage or loss caused by the customer is non-refundable.

General return process

  1. Initiate return: Please send us an email to contact@hitway.eu with photos and/or videos of the items and tell us your order number. Our customer service will verify the legitimacy of your return request within 3 working days.
  2. Return items: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend sending your return/exchange using a shipping method that allows tracking and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt of your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then either send a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return costs

  • If the return is due to our errors (e.g. wrong products, quality issues), we will refund the full cost including return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a problem of the buyer (e.g. dissatisfaction, wrong product/size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original method of payment. If you have not received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you have followed all of these steps and still do not receive your refund, please contact us at contact@hitway.eu .

Please note: Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Order cancellations

We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order before delivery and we will refund you the full amount. Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
