Thank you for shopping at hitway.eu . Our system will send you a logistics update email with the tracking number and logistics company after shipment.

Order processing time

This is the time period between the moment the customer places the order and the moment the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.

Our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding holidays. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

We currently only ship to the countries listed above.

The logistics information above applies to electric bikes and electric scooters. Individual Bebike/Scooter accessories may be shipped from China due to stock shortages. Please refer to the accessories page for instructions.

Pursuit

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48-72 hours to update. In case you are unable to track your package as usual, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Delivery time exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at contact@hitway.eu . We will immediately resolve the situation with the carrier. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If your payment is completed and the package has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order before delivery and we will refund you the full amount. Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.

About taxes

In rare cases, customs fees may be charged by your government that are not handled by us. You are responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities in your country or elsewhere. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties and taxes.
