the bicycle is good, solidly built, and the battery lasts long. I had an issue with the tire and reached out for a replacement. HITWAy's response was good and they offered to send a new tube.

Fahrrad top und schneller, freundlicher Kundenservice

Das Fahrrad kam gut verpackt an, ohne Makel und war leicht aufzubauen. Bis auf Bremsen und Schaltung die nochmals leicht justiert werden mussten, macht das Fahrrad einen super Eindruck. Der Kundenservice war sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfreich. Ich bin begeistert.

Very pleased with the BK15 3" tyre model.

Bit of a mix-up with the original order but sorted out OK.
Arrived well packaged. Pretty straightforward to assemble. Quality more than acceptable for the price. Comfortable bike with seat padding and seat suspension. A game changer with the assist as live in a dip. Good assistance and torque from the motor. Done 160Km in a couple of weeks with no issues. Charge seems good for about 60Km running.The bigger battery and higher torque motor of the 3 inch model is worth it and the bigger tyres suit the bike. It is on the heavy side so non assist is hard going but its a breeze with the assist. Really quite impressed with this bike.
