Voorlopig geen enkel probleem

wir haben auch 2 gekauft meins hat jetzt 500 km auf der Uhr und funktioniert wie am ersten Tag.....nichts wackelt oder klappert....die Bremsen wurden mit jedem gefahrenen Kilometer besser....der Gasgriff den ich mir gegönnt habe ist Gold wert....die Schaltung funktioniert zwar perfekt aber wenn man an der Kreuzung steht und vergessen hat runter zu schalten rettet nur der Gasgriff....... tatsächlich schalte ich gar micht mehr.....
Zusätzlich hab ich einen Anhänger am Fahrrad.....den merkt man überhaupt nicht
Eins noch die Fahrräder waren schon 2mal mit im Urlaub Fahrradträger Wohnmobil und haben soviel Wasser abbekommen.......null Probleme

Wir haben zwei Räder bestellt und diese wurden separat zeitnah geliefert, was auch so angekündigt wurde. Der Aufbau war unproblematisch und gut erklärt. Bei einem Rad fehlten die Reflektoren und beim anderen die Aufbauanleitung (was bei zwei Rädern keine Rolle spielte). Die fehlenden Reflektoren wurden dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt. Die Kommunikation verlief anfangs schleppend, wurde dann aber lösungsorientiert aufgenommen und am Ende zu unserer Zufriedenheit abgewickelt. Also lediglich ein Stern Abzug aufgrund der anfänglichen Verzögerung der Kommunion.

Having looked at several other e-bikes and being a lady of a certain age and having not ridden for several years the Hitway bk6 was the ebike I thought would suit me best. I liked the colour, step through design and of course the price. Ordering and delivery were exceptional and when the bike arrived the packaging couldna??t have been better. The bike was soon put together with the help of my husband and it looks fantastic. My first ride out took me by surprise as I wasna??t expecting the surge of power but oh my goodness what a joy to ride this bike is. If I had to find fault it would be the weight, I struggle to lift it without help but I did know this before I bought it. Ia??m looking forward to many rides out when we are away in our caravan. I would highly recommend this bike and Hitway.
